We are here to help.
Need a hand with Proximity, or want to report a problem? Email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can:
How does matching work?
Proximity reads the location and date saved in your photos and finds times when you and someone else were in the same place around the same time. Your photos stay on your device. Only each photo's location and date are used to find matches.
Why don't I see any matches yet?
Matches need another person who was at the same place and time as you. If you have just joined, it can take a little while before there is someone to match with. Adding more of your photos helps.
How do reveals work?
Every match starts blurred. Another person's photo stays hidden until they choose to reveal it, and yours stays hidden until you reveal it. You only ever share your own photo, when you are ready.
How do I block or report someone?
Open the match or profile, then use the block or report option. You can also email us at the address above and we will follow up.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile, then choose Delete account. This removes your account and associated data.
